mysanthropist - No can do. My line style is pretty specific and came about when I first was drawing the hand of a zombie. I was trying to draw what I thought looked like mummy wrappings or melting flesh, then slowly realized it looked sort of beautiful and applied it to a few animals like the elephant and a bird I call "Twisty Bird". If you have a link to the art you saw in VA I would love to see that. Thanks again, Rachel
I really enjoy your work...all of it! I especially enjoy this one, the "Blue Heron" and "Water Queen" pieces. In fact, I was redirected to your blog because I just bought your "Tribeowl" shirt on Woot! I am anxious to see more...
Rachel--Wow thank you for the comment, much appreciated. I still have to sell the Blue Heron to someone, not sure where I will submit it. I love that drawing, too! --Rachel Also, I love your blog about human rights, I am with you completely.
Your pictures are beautiful I especially love the elephant head. I searched elephant heads online and this one really stuck out. I look forward to viewing more pics = )
